Head office
FAIA’s head office, which could be called its center, is located in Setagaya, Tokyo. The office includes a General Affairs Department, Management Department, and Accounting Division, and the office’s work includes import agency business, mileage history research, joint inspection business, financial business, member management, and the addition of new members.
Kawagoe office
Our Parts Division and Maintenance Service Division are at FAIA’s Kawagoe office, which is located in Kawagoe, Saitama. This office, which is adjacent to National Route 16 and boasts a lot area of 500 tsubo (about 1,650 square meters), includes a large-scale parts warehouse owned by our company and a certified factory, and we use the office to single-handedly deal with imported-car-part estimates requested by our members throughout the country as well as orders placed by them, and to respond to requests for imported-car maintenance and repairs.
We stock more than 80,000 parts in our company’s large-scale parts warehouse.
Because we always have an inventory of not only the various filters and gaskets essential for regular inspections and general maintenance but also the air suspension parts, door mirrors, hoods, door panels, bumpers, and other parts that are often necessary when making repairs following an accident, if you place an order with our Parts Division, same-day shipping is generally possible.

We are well-equipped with the certified factories necessary to handle imported-car maintenance.
Our maintenance factory is equipped with three large-scale lifts as well as testers specially designed for European and North American cars, so we can immediately identify problems with cars as soon as they come in to our garage. In addition, when doing so is necessary to replace parts, etc., parts can also be procured from the parts warehouse in the same location at a reasonable price, so we can deliver cars faster than other companies.
